Cancel order

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, without stating any reason. Please use the online form below. You will immediately receive an automatic confirmation by email.

Conditions:

• The product has not been used, damaged, or soiled.
• The seal of the packaging has not been broken (due to hygiene and food safety, an opened bag cannot be returned).
• You have your proof of purchase readily available.

Costs and refund:

The return costs are at your expense (see current rates here). Once we have received your return, we will refund you within 14 days using the same payment method.
